This incredible equipment was originally earmarked strictly for bamboo processing since no other processing equipment for bamboo had presented itself. Since that time, research has shown that this equipment can handle a diverse range of regenerative operations while purging everything from plastic trash to toxic waste.

What makes this system so efficient is the use of water (hydrolysis) to crack the atom for regeneration, whereas most waste-to-energy uses fire (pyrolysis). The result is a pristine product, ready to go directly into a generator, farm implements, ocean vessel, or anything running on aviation fuel (kerosene).

Pyrolysis requires further cleaning before it can be used and doesn’t have the cleaning powers found with water. For instance, if clean water were the goal, pyrolysis cannot strip sludge from water treatment plants of pharmaceuticals flushed, drained, or passed through the digestive tract. With water, there is no chance of pathogens, viruses, or contaminants making it through the process. This equipment has EPA certification to this effect.

When not being used to make bamboo into biochar, fertilizer, or biofuel, this equipment is meant to be run 24/7, 365 days a year to earn its keep. It is truly an invaluable piece of equipment for farm or facility; useful for its product or electrical power. Examples include:

Since we are a farming operation and natural fertilizers are being produced through composting equipment, the fertilizer being generated through the waste-to-energy equipment will be used to:

Add to the earthworm farm output for compost extraction use
Add to the biochar that is a by-product of the system (referred to as “inoculating”)
Be sold to fertilizer companies feeling the strain of halted shipments from China in a concentrated form (by the gallon)

The biochar by-product can be used to:

Spread out over topsoil (if it is deployed in the “empty” state, like a squeezed-out black sponge) to hold moisture from rain and irrigation near the top of the soil, where the roots of the crops are. Florida sand removes moisture as quickly as it arrives, often doing nothing for the roots as it passes by on its way to the aquifer.
Spread out over the soil after being “inoculated”. Using high-quality fertilizer from the equipment, added to the earthworm extract, nutrients and microbial activity will be time-released into the organic matter provided by the biochar and any cover crop residue decomposing on the top layers of the soil. What waste readily available makes the best biochar and fertilizer? Rubber tires! It's like Miracle Grow on steroids.
Inserted into compromised bodies of water, if contained in varying sizes of socks resembling boat fenders, with flags on them for retrieval, the biochar draws all contaminants into itself. After the socks are retrieved several months later, the contaminant-laden biochar is thrown back into the hopper to be rendered harmless into the next batch of biofuel. Several rounds of this may be required depending on the size of the body of water and the level of contamination. The beauty of this plan is only the contamination is removed. Brackish water is still brackish to the level it was before treatment.
Contaminated land can be treated similarly, but growing hemp-for-fiber on the contaminated land will do it more efficiently, as it also draws contaminants up into itself, locking it away forever into whatever construction materials it is made into.
