Positive Disruption
Each market Greenbough touches will cause an immediate change in the current industry standards.
Monopolistic Markets
Greenbough’s formulations are patent-pending and were created by our founders for the sole purpose of turning waste into revenue streams. This is the birth of a new industry, where bioplastics are projected to be at $140B by 2026; industrial hemp is projected to be at $18B by 2026.
Foam Products
Each biomass will be tested for the proper proportions for the desired outcome in a state-of-the-art laboratory. Products requiring certifications will be tested per rigid national guidelines, such as our fire-rated panels. Ground stabilization may be Greenbough’s first-tier rising star with the largest potential contracts available; a product most people never heard of.
Rapid Growth
Immediate revenues will be achieved due to pre-launch marketing. While it’s true that foam and bioplastics may not be exciting to everyone, the industry is primed for these innovations, so it is very exciting to those involved. Massive profits will always find a place in the hearts of someone.
The tumble dryer can handle the tonnage we need for our biomass requirements. Everything we manufacture will start by drying the biomass to 15% or less of moisture content for best results.
The hemp then moves inside for the decortication process which separates the bast (outer layer of long fibers) from the hurd (the inner wood of the stalk, best use for our products). The bast is used for textiles which is not our market yet, but we are exploring weavers in the US. A hemp solar battery is also being looked at.
As the neighborhood adopts the idea of hemp-for-fiber as an alternative, viable crop, processing will become an issue. We intend to keep an entire shift for “tolling” other farmers’ crops. We will offer processing for those who wish to seek marketing themselves, or we will purchase by the ton and use it for our own manufacturing and production. We intend to develop markets for both hemp-for-fiber and bamboo for use by others.
